Céline Williams has been working with Millennials since before anyone was calling them Millennials. After graduating from the University of Toronto, she ran a tutoring service where she created and taught workshops on a variety of topics. In a summer lull, she decided to take a 3-month contract in the corporate world that ended up lasting over 10 years. After a career that focused on the people side of business (HR, project and change management, stakeholder engagement) Céline recognized that she wasn’t the only one looking for something more in the workplace.
Using her expertise in coaching, communication, change management, and emotional intelligence, she started reVisionary to help organizations create incredible employee experiences and prevent and avoid Culture Collapse. She mentors companies to better understand Millennials and handle the people side of change. By clearly defining and intentionally designing organizational culture, she helps companies enable high performing teams and leaders by creating an environment where innovation thrives. Céline helps organizations build and sustain their competitive advantage by focusing on their greatest resource, their people. Céline is always listening for possibility and potential and tells it like it is. Her creative and innovative approach and solutions help companies thrive through change and growth and open the door to making truly incredible work environments possible.
